Insights from surveys and interviews with dealers, affinity partners and their members, helped define a car shopping experience that took customers seamlessly from a partner's web site into a premium experience where they, as members, could unlock exclusive, guaranteed offers. We leveraged Edmunds' amazing content – reviews, Live Help and pricing, while maintaining the service members expected from their association, and it was ad-free.
The modular design approach, neutral of branding, allowed for partner customization, so shoppers could go back and forth seamlessly between car shopping and the partner's products and offerings.
